Last male on Earth

Here is the deal. Kenya as he was named probably had no idea what the hell was going on. Constantly under watch by men and women heavily armed to protect him against poachers. They gave him a constant pat on the head and he in return always was ready to lend an ear or two during those lonely nights & days. I can only imagine the type of bonding between man and beast and this is why this is so newsworthy. Yes it puts into focus the total disregard of humanity that allows Kenya to be the most eligible bachelor on Earth, but it also fully displays the incredibly kindness that we are capable of.
I will drink to the people that watched over Kenya, those who kept him in their prayers and to you Kenya.
My heart is a bit heavier today. it's only appropriate . Tomorrow is my 3d Cardiogram. Not scared, but I'm sure Kenya wasn't either.
Yours Truly,
